So Nelson Mandela, political activist, rebel fighter, prisoner, and eventual great leader passed away last week. It was a sad moment for much of Africa and the world as he was a great man willing to admit his faults, and willing to try and change his world.
RIP Mr. President
Now on the other hand you have the Iranians, who instead of celebrating such a magnificent leader only are concerned that Mandela’s funeral will be a “trap” meeting between President’s Rouhani and Obama.
I’m confused, I thought all Iran desired was peace, and if they boycott the funeral of a man who struggled for it, what does that say about their greater intentions?
